Harmony Day is a celebration of our cultural diversity. It’s about inclusiveness, respect and a sense of belonging for everyone. Orange is the colour chosen to represent Harmony Day. Traditionally, orange signifies social communication and meaningful conversations. It also relates to the freedom of ideas and encouragement of mutual respect. To celebrate Harmony Day on Wednesday the 21st of March, we are having a special dress day where students are asked to wear something orange or wear something to represent your family’s culture.
